Building Stronger Pathways Together

Our August 28th community event in Highland Park was such a success. The way people came together in person to share resources, support services, ideas, and energy, was exactly what we were hoping for, and it was the feedback we received over and over again.

There were many people caught speaking with facilitators. "Lot's of engagement going on, which made it a successful event in my book". Mo’Ney Thomas, Majestic Moments Photography

Events like this remind us that no single organization can meet every need alone. The real impact happens when partners join forces and open doors for one another to meet the needs of the community.

We’re deeply grateful to the organizations who worked alongside Onward Seniors to make this day possible. Each brings unique opportunities, activities, and resources for older adults in our community, and we encourage you to explore their websites and newsletters to stay involved year-round:

At Onward Seniors, our role is to make engagement pathways visible and easy, in order to help more people discover opportunities they might not otherwise know about. When we work together, we expand the reach of information and make sure more resources are shared.

We look forward to building on this momentum, and we are extremely appreciative of our partners, participants, and volunteers who continue to show up and remind us why this work matters.
